Ha, thanks. btw, your new sig looks....sick. My only complaint are the double K's. i wouldn't have done the bevel or that color. But other than that, nice job.

Thanks.. I usually never sign my work, just because I don't pay for a copyright, and the image I used probably is.. lol

I'll see what I can do about the K's.. I tried to put them as a vinly on the car but that didn't turn out too good.

You may not have taken the picture but you still "designed" the layout and what not. Besides, the most "in trouble" you could get is if the original owners saw it and asked you to remove your name.

As for the vinyl KK's, that is actually easy especially with PS CS4.

What he said. If the owner of the picture actually did find it, which is highly unlikely lol I'm sure he would just ask you to cite him and give him credit to the picture. At least in my couple years of photography that's the only kind of photographers I have met. If they told you, you couldn't use a picture like that and asked you to take it down then they are a total dick and are in the wrong profession.

I don't care if any one uses my photographs just as long as there is some mention to me. They can manipulate it all they want as long as I get credit for the pic, but I'm not going to tell them to take it down permanently. I would give credit to those who took the pics if only I knew who they were. 99.9% of the time they don't supply their name with their pic, so its really their own fault.

Phantom not everyone does it but there is a pretty good chance if you open the photos meta data or just the exif you can find some useful info.

With most of my pictures I will include exif data such as camera, lens, aperature, shutter speed, and any other info that is written into the file when I snap a picture. Along with this great little info I add a copyright embedded in it so it's almost impossible to separate from the exposure.
