ya, I had a student job on campus i got laid off from at the beginning of the semester due to the economy. Then i found this job real quick, like two two weeks after getting laid off.

I worked there for about a month and got fired this morning because i just wasnt good enough. My boss had the most unreal expectations that were so ridiculous. It pissed me off how hard i was working and how much effort i was putting in and none of it was appreciated. So glad they fired me.

And no it wasnt a nail salon. It was an international grocery store where they had food from all around the world. I was an accounting assistant, but they also had me doing all kinds of other work around the store too like taking inventory, stocking, etc. which really made it difficult for me to get all my work done.




But its alright... Im not going to do, what everyone thinks im gonna do....and FLIP OUT MAN!

I feel the same way about my previous job. Fired at the end of May though... nothing yet.

I'm still happier without that shithole... even though I don't have a job right now.

I just went and applied at a ton of places. Even places I didn't want to work at. Eventually I got lucky and walked in the same day a girl quit.
